What can we say other than WOW!! Sarah and Loryn’s wedding day was a true downtown dream. Starting with their first look in Eastern Market (which we got about a hundred hyped up “congrats” while we walked btw), to their ceremony at Bea’s, and ending in their beautiful backyard was not only some of the most fun we’ve had this year, but also the best opportunity for some beautiful photos. We can’t thank these two enough for allowing us to spend the day with them, and we could gush forever about how much we loved photographing their wedding!

Windy? Yes. Freezing cold? So very cold. But we stuck it out and had a beautiful engagement session on Belle Isle anyway!! Bailey and Connor were amazing - not only did they make this bitter wind seem like it was nothing, they also ran like champs and didn’t even slip once 🤣

Okay first off - this wedding was entirely too much fun!! Marielle & Mike’s bridal party were so much fun, and their family was amazing to boot! Everyone had such amazing energy throughout the day; there wasn’t a single dull moment the entire time we were there. And of course, we were totally obsessing over Marielle’s dress and veil - not only was the dress super modern and chic, but her veil had the cutest pearls sewn in that added the cutest touch of glamour. AND IT HAD POCKETS!! 😍😍

But on a totally real note - the love that these two have for each other is so infectious and so pure, that we felt completely honored to be able to capture it. From the ceremony space, the adorable surprise performance after their “I Dos”, to the local restaurant they held their reception, there are so many beautiful details that went into this celebration that we could keep going on forever. Thank you so much for having us guys!

You never need to ask if you can bring your pets to your engagement sessions because the answer will always be YES! Meet Humphrey!! This adorable fluff ball belongs to Jessica and Chris, and we have to admit that he’s definitely one of the CUTEST models that we’ve photographed so far.

Also let’s just ignore the fact that it took us so long to show off these photos - because we are already so ashamed that we haven’t found the time 😅 But Jessica & Chris were amazing to work with, and we couldn’t have had a more beautiful day for their engagement session!

Alexis and Justin were such a laid back couple, and their wedding couldn’t have been much cuter! The pops of yellow and just their personalities made the day go by as smooth as can be. Plus their cupcakes were truly to die for, and they had doggie bags full of treats for their guests to take home too! Thanks you two for having us and letting us capture your day ❤️
